An original👍🏻 if u want to experience a simple bistro dining with wholesome home cooked dishes and familial service, give yourself an experience at Il Bistro 👍🏻 old posters showing Escher and photos from years past, the setting, the seating, the decor .. it’s so simple you are comfortable being back in time .. in a sense cos it depends on your age and experience in dining in different countries/culture.
This was our 2nd visit since Apr this year .. we enjoyed our dishes as before and highly recommend that you experience it for yourself. We had Polpette/Meatballs, Caponata/slow-cooked warm veggie served like a simple stew, Salmon Pasta n pesto pasta … be adventurous 👍🏻 Chef Rocco recommended, cooked n served us .. We came because it was recommended by a local person. Very simple inferior, but everything very clean. Very friendly service and definitely nicely homemade food. Price is very low, disches were nice and tasty, definitely go for a homemade deserts!!!

A wonderful welcome and delicious food are guaranteed at the Bistrò, the piatto tris is not to be missed as is the Friday fritto misto. It’s the lovely people who keep us going back year after year. Highly recommended.

I dined at this restaurant last night and was truly satisfied! The Piedmontese dishes, simple yet incredibly tasty, seemed prepared with care and passion, just like at home. The chef knows his stuff, presenting authentic and well-balanced flavors. We had an appetizer, first course, second course, wine, drinks, and dessert for three, spending only sixty euros—an exceptional value. A special mention: no cover charge! I will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Abbiamo cenato in due di sabato sera. Abbiamo trovato un'atmosfera accogliente e le due signore che ci hanno accolto davvero gentili! Il cibo era semplice e molto gustoso (mi sono sentita a casa, il minestrone di verdure ed il tiramisù erano come quelli di mia mamma!). Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had dinner for two on a Saturday evening. We found the atmosphere welcoming, and the two ladies who welcomed us were truly kind! The food was simple and very tasty (I felt right at home; the vegetable minestrone and tiramisu were just like my mom's!). Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

De los pocos (por no decir el único) sitio abierto en Torre Pellice a la hora de comer. Un sitio familiar y tradicional con una comida muy rica, un trato amable y atento. Además los precios no son para nada caros, un sitio al que volveré sin duda.

Heerlijk gegeten. Simpel maar erg smaakvol. Echt een bistro, alles los bestellen om tot een volledige maaltijd te komen. Super gemoedelijke bediening en eigenaar. Zij hebben deze bistro al sinds 1982.
